How Can We Assist?
CAN I LIT THE CANDLE WITH THE FLOWERS IN IT? IT IS FLAMMABLE?
Yes! You may lit up the candles with the flowers around it. However, if it clusters too much around the wick, then you may consider removing some.
WHY IS THE LEAD PRODUCTION TIME 6 WORKING DAYS?
The candles are made only upon confirmed orders.
By Tee&Co (The21Tee) is solely run by Tee herself while she juggles being a full-time undergrad and a full-time intern at the moment. Hence, candles are often made over the weekends or in her personal free time! Therefore, we really thank you for your patience and understanding!
However, If you need them urgently, do check in with us and we will try our best to see if we are able to make some special arrangements for your order.

IS THERE A SPACE WE CAN SMELL AND SHOP YOUR CANDLE PHYSICALLY?
Yes, you may visit our studio on an appointment basis!!

WHAT ARE THE COLLECTION OPTIONS?
Doorstep delivery is free for orders above $60 spent, otherwise charged at a flat fee of $5!
Self-collection is will be on appointment basis.
I AM ORDERING CANDLES FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER PACKED INDIVIDUALLY?
Self Collection Orders: Your order would be packed in a paper bag, you may request for extra paper bags if needed. However, if you want to have them packed into gift boxes please add the product listing "gift boxes" accordingly!
Delivery Order: Due to the nature of the order, for delivery purposes, every delivery order is entitled one gift box. Hence, if you need just add the extra number of boxes you need accordingly!
( Eg. you need 2 boxes, you just got to pay for additional 1 more)
WHY IS THE CANDLE IS "SWEATING"
Our candles are made with 100% soy (with nothing else added) and soy are notorious for sweating. This is due to the hot & humid weather in Singapore. Therefore, the soy may release excess oil during temperature change.
The most important thing is that sweating will not affect the quality or performance of the candle. So don't you worry!!
THE CANDLES DOESN'T HAVE A SMOOTH SURFACE AFTER I LIT IT
Well, this is perfectly normal! As our candles are made out of 100% Soy Wax with no added parabens, paraffins or any bad chemicals! Hence, it is normal for the candles to have bumpy surfaces it cools.

We apologise to inform you that all items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
